done. I fall into the second category.
I am the Director of Operations for 4 Management Companies with properties in Rhode Island,

I had the opportunity to meet you and your assistant when I visited my daughter and you had been
hired by her to scrape and paint the exterior of her Townhouse. The property had been purchased from

with your manners and patience and you treated my daughter with much respect.
I saw a picture of the finished product and I was amazed at the transformation. The house was

I have hired Jon to do both exterior painting and interior painting on our home. Jon arrived when he

In the Fall of 2009 we hired Jon to carry out 3 projects for us: (1) to finish off (mudding) the sheet rock
walls of our 3 car garage and then paint the walls and (very high) ceiling, (2) to clean the mildew off all
of our gutters and sofits, and (3) to paint the wooden trim on the sides and back of our home. Jon found
drywall specialists to prepare the garage walls for painting and since one of the decorative trim boards
needed replacing, he also provided a carpenter to carry out that repair. We were very happy with all the
work that was done on these projects by Jon, his painting assistant, the drywall people, and the
carpenter, and the resulting improved appearance of our home. In fact the white walls of the garage
turned out so nice, I told Jon that I thought I should hang some art works in the garage. On top of
everything else, Jon is a great guy and very easy to work with.
